The Center for Environmental Studies (PSL) of all universities in Indonesia discussed and agreed on the election of leadership management of the PSL Cooperation Agency namely the period of 2019-2020 which is leaded by Dwi Purwantoro Sasangko (UNDIP). The discussion and agreement took placed on Thursday (November 15) at the 4th floor of Senate Session Room of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) precisely after Dr. Indang Dewata's accountability report was received by participants at the BKPSL Conference and the 24th National Seminar.

Universities delegation who have the Center for Environmental Studies thorough Indonesia such as UI, UGM, UNDIP, UNRI, UNP and others were very welcomed to the application of Article 36 paragraph (1) of Law Number 32 of 2009 which concerning on Environmental Protection and Management (UUPPLH) which stated that "Every business and / or activity have EIA or UKL-UPL is required to have an environmental permit".

“In order to the applying of the competence of the chairperson and members of the AMDAL team who are needed to be tightened, the training in the basics of environmental management, preparation and assessment of AMDAL, environmental audits, control of water, and air pollution as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Good House Keeping, Chemical Management Products, and other training related to the environment must be more done by the members of BKPSL", Dwi Purwantoro said while giving a speech after the election of the BKPSL’s management for 2018-2020 period (Thursday, November 15).

Furthermore, Indang Dewata hoped that the preparation and improvement of the quality of human resources in the field of environmental management can be improved such as not only on providing a database of environmental conditions, but also on handling environmental problems and developing integration and the mechanism of partnership between the environmental managers.
