Hua Hin, Thailand -Lecturer of the Department of Natural Science Education, Widia Kemala Sari, M.Pd. participated in The 9th International STEM Education Conference (Istem-Ed) which is the main agenda of the Electrical Engineering Academic Association Thailand (EEAAT).
This year the activity was carried out by co-hosts from 4 different countries: Electrical Engineering Academic Association Thailand, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi Thailand, HCMC University of Technology and Education Vietnam, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). The activity took place from Wednesday (31/07/2024) to Friday (2/8/2024) and was located at the Sheraton HuaHin Resort & Spa hotel, Cha-Am, Hua Hin, Phetchaburi, Thailand.
The event was attended by 134 presenters who were divided into 6 different sub-themes for the parallel sessions. Publications from this conference will be published in IEEE Xplore indexed by Scopus. The presence of lecturers at this conference is part of UNP’s support for HR development in order to provide experience and access to meet the international research community and efforts towards a World Class University. The lecturer also expressed his gratitude during the conference to Padang State University, for providing conference fee assistance through the UNP Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM).
