Jurnal Pendidikan Tata Boga dan Teknologi accepts and publishes articles that focus on the results of scientific studies and research on culinary and culinary education (learning). The results of the study contribute to the understanding and development of scientific theories and concepts, as well as their application in education and cuisine in Indonesia and around the world. Jurnal Pendidikan Tata Boga dan Teknologi scale includes culinary studies in Indonesia and around the world and educational studies in the form of subject matter, strategies, media, learning models, and evaluation of learning in the field of culinary arts.
