Strategies And Innovations In Cooperation Administration, UNP Holds Workshop On Strengthening KPI 6 With Yayat Hendayana And Firman Hidayat From The Public Relations And Cooperation Work Of Diktiristek

Padang – In order to improve the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) 6, Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) held a Socialization, Discussion and Workshop in the framework of Coaching Clinic Strengthening UNP Cooperation Administrations in the Hall of the Faculty of Social Sciences (FIS), Tuesday (20/8/2024).

The activity, which was opened directly by the Rector of UNP, Krismadinata, Ph.D, brought in the speakers of the Head of the Public Relations and Cooperation Task Force of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology (Diktiristek) Yayat Hendayana and Sub-Coordinator of Diktiristek Cooperation Firman Hidayat, S.S, M.Si.

Rector Kris in welcoming this activity, he hopes that this activity can help increase the cooperation carried out by Universitas Negeri Padang which will lead to the growth of IKU 6 UNP.

“Since there is this IKU, universities are more focused, UNP out of 21 PTN BH in Indonesia we are already at level 9, this achievement is truly extraordinary. As a newcomer we are not inferior to other PTN BH but this achievement must continue to be improved, “he said when opening the event.

Not only that, he hopes that the speakers can provide a refresher on how to manage IKU 6 and how to improve IKU 6 and how to realize these collaborations.

“This event is an opportunity for friends in Prodi to dig deeper information, such as how to improve IKU 6 and how to realize these collaborations and easy tricks to communicate with domestic and foreign partners,” he added.

Meanwhile, Vice Rector IV Dr. rer. nat. Deski Beri, S.Si, M.Si in his report revealed that this activity was attended by 219 participants. According to him, after the event there will also be assistance in making the Cooperation Award Proposal. “We hope that with this assistance we can be nominated for the award of cooperation,” he added.

The discussion was moderated by UNP Director of Planning and Cooperation Yusrizal, S.Pd, M.Pd. and Head of Sub Directorate of Cooperation Dodi Marta Nanda, S.Pd., M.Pd. At the event, Yayat Hendayana, who is often called Kang Yayat, shared material on “Cooperation Management Strategies Based on IKU 6 in Higher Education Institutions” and Firman shared material on “Reporting on Higher Education Cooperation and Key Performance Indicators.
