Witnessed By The Chairperson Of AFI Center, Prof. Ganefri, West Sumatra Floorball Contest Won Bronze Medal PON XXI 2024 North Sumatra-Aceh

Padang-In the Flooball Sports Branch (sports) exhibition agenda at PON XXI in 2024, the West Sumatra contingent won the bronze medal in the Men’s and Women’s category, after being defeated by the Aceh Men’s Team with a thin score 5-4 at the Binjai City GOR, North Sumatra 17/9. The match was witnessed directly by the Chairperson of the Indonesian Flooball Association (AFI) Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D and Secretary Prof. Dr. Anton Komaini, M.Pd, Chief Executive Dr. Joni Mairizal, M.Pd and coach Dr. Atridinal, M.Pd, also present at the head of the Pentaque contingent Prof, Dr. Nurul Ihsan, M. Pd.

AFI Central Chairman Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D to a number of media said “Alhamdulillah, the implementation of Floorball Sports Exhibition at PON XXI Year 2024 September 13-17, 2024 took place in Binjai Medan North Sumatra. Running successfully and smoothly. The exhibition was attended by 9 contingents, namely Aceh, Banten, DKI Jakarta, Jambi, West Java, East Java, South Sumatra, North Sumatra, and West Sumatera. This event is expected to be an important momentum in the development of floorball sports in Indonesia and preparation for the upcoming PON. The gold medal was won by the Aceh host team and silver by the North Sumatra host team (Er / AFI Public Relations)
